Recipe Rewrite: Beurre Noisette Chocolate Chip Cookies
Brown butter gives all baked goods a depth of flavor that regular, good ol' butter just can't do. It adds a subtle, sweet nuttiness to an otherwise plain cookie, and goes nicely with a special secret ingredient.
